1. I have never seen this product in my marketplace. How do I know it’s safe to use like other electronic products that conform to stringent regulations?

2. Are they really worth the money?

4. Is it dangerous to have water and electricity together?

Models are made from anti-micro bio molded plastic which does not conduct electricity, and a built in earth which protects users from the risk of electrical shock. The circuit board of the bidet is protected and the casing is waterproof to prevent accidental exposure to water during cleaning. 5. Can the seat get so hot it can burn me?
No. There is an automatic cut-out at the higher temperature. Depending upon the model, the Intelligent Bidet has three or more temperature settings from a gentle warm 26ºC/79ºF to a comfortable 36ºC/97ºF.
6. How hard does the water come out?
Again, there are a minimum of three pressure settings on all models, some with many more, ranging from a gentle spray to an invigorating pressure wash. Take your pick.
7. Is the Intelligent Bidet helpful for feminine hygiene and people with rectal health issues?

12. Can children use the seat safely?
Yes, but we recommend that like any other electronic device, they be shown how it works and supervised during the initial usage phase. The seat has a user sensor which means that you have to be sitting on it before it can be used, so the possibility of inquiring little hands playing with the controls and flooding the toilet area can be avoided. Most models also have a child button which controls the flow and temperature of the air and water when used by a youngster.
13. Does the Intelligent Bidet carry a warranty?
All Bidetsense bidets are guaranteed against defects and malfunction under normal operating conditions for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Where we are unable to repair a bidet, we will replace it free of charge.
