BidetSense - Electronic Bidet Seat Warranty

BidetSense warrants that the product range marketed conforms to the highest technical and quality standards and is extended to the Original Purchaser for a period of two yeasr (2 years) from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect or failure during the course of normal use and service.

To conform to EEC hygiene standards, BidetSense  has a formal return policy once the box and packaging have been opened. If the product has not been fitted or used, BidetSense will provide a full refund less a restocking charge of 25% if the product is returned within seven days from the date of purchase. The method for returning  an unused/unopened bidet for refund must comply with the Return Authorization Code (RAC) procedure described below. Any decision to accept a returned unit for credit is at the entire discretion of BidetSense.

BidetSense warrants that it will repair or replace the product or parts found to be defective provided that:-

1. The damage or loss did not result from improper installation or installation in an inadequate or unadvisable environment.
2. The damage or loss did not result from improper use, abuse, negligence or inadequate maintenance. 
3. There has been no attempt to modify or repair the product ( which may be hazardous or harmful).
4. The damage or loss did not occur as a result of any sudden fluctuation in electrical current, fire or natural disaster.

Before deciding to make a return, please verify the instruction manual and BidetSense web site to ensure that you have carried out all of the maintenance checks necessary to guarantee the effective operation of the product.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Code (RAC) which we shall issue when you contact us via email on support@bidetsense.com or by letter with a full explanation of the problem. We are unable to accept returned products without a RAC.

Customers will be responsible for the shipping charges on returned items.
This written warranty is the only warranty issued by BidetSense and repair or replacement of the defective item is the exclusive remedy  available to the purchaser. Contingent claims for loss, expenses or consequential damages, including installation costs are excluded from this warranty. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any product warranties including merchantability or fitness for use are limited to the stipulated period of the warranty.

Due to manufacturing considerations, we reserve the right to supply an alternative product to that shown in our publicity material provided that the technical characteristics and features are not at variance with the description upon which the customer relied.
